freezing salsa

I have never been a big fan of salsa. There, I said it LOL!

BUT! I went to a party the other day and someone there had made fresh salsa. IT WAS SO GOOD!! I couldn't stop eating it, which was the reaction I usually see from my DH and son, When any salsa is around, they are BIG salsa fans. I don't know why this tasted so good to me, but I have tried lots of salsa's, never understanding why everyone loves salsa so much! For them this year, I decided to can Annie's salsa, I figured it has to be great and they will just love it(maybe I'll be a convert after trying hers!) but since I found this fresh salsa that I like, I also want to make that. I know cooking it, like in the canning process would probably change the fresh taste too much? I was wondering if anyone freezes their salsa, and how it holds up? I figure I can make Annie's and freeze the recipe I got from this woman at the party. I am worried that the taste or texture might change too much. What do you think?
