If they sealed they are safe. If it adds to your comfort, put those jars at the front and use them first.

Possible explanations for the boil-over include removing the weight/canner lid before pressure had fully dropped to zero or lifting the jars out of the canner a minute or two too soon. I let mine rest just a few minutes before removing them from the canner so that there's time for the most active bubbling to subside.

Regardless, these things do happen to pressure-canned foods and as long as the jars seal and are still sealed 24 hours later, it's not a big deal.

I had this happen when I BWB'd sweet cherries. I was wondering the same thing. Each load had one that did this. I thought at first maybe I filled that one too full, but the second batch I made sure they were all the same level. After there was one in the second batch I thought maybe it was the location in the pot...the pot wasn't quite centered and each jar was located over the area that wasn't quite over the burner. For the third batch I centered the pot over the burner and none of the jars overboiled when I lifted them. Go figure. BTW I marked an "X" on the lids to use them first.

I actually finished the "canning" process and was out in the garden while it cooled down. When I came in about an hour later, it was ready to open. (I'm thinking it sat about 10-15 minutes before I opened it, judging by how long it took last time.) Next time I will try letting them rest a few minutes after I take the top off before trying to lift. It was only the first two I went to pick up, so that could easily explain it.

Do you mean you turned off the heat and then went out to the garden while the pressure was coming down?

This leakage problem also occurs if you tilt the jars as you lift them out. Sometimes, if you're trying to remove the jars from the canner and there's a range hood in the way, it can be extremely challenging to pull out the jars straight up, especially the first couple in a full canner.

Sometimes insufficient head space can cause this. How about lids that bulge out and get stress bends after removal from a waterbath canner. That I DID have, on some jellies years ago, because I filled them too full and cranked down on the lids too much beforehand (learned that bad thing from my dad). If the rings are on there a bit too lossly, that can cause the leakage too.
