Has anyone doubled the pectin?

I've been making mad amounts of Habanero Gold Jelly lately...apparently I've started a cult or something for it at my workplace.

Anyway, I've started doing double batches (for 12 half pints) in separate pots. I would love to just pour it all together and add the 2 pouches of liquid pectin to it to make one really big batch.

Has anyone had any success with this? I know liquid pectin is finicky, so that's why I've been doing my batches 1 pouch at a time.

This would make it SOOOO much easier!
