Do I need to pressure cook this?

I cooked up a batch of pepper and onion relish yesterday and was getting ready to pressure can it today when I realized that my old pressure cooker is just too questionable to take a chance on blowing my head off with.

I have been reading up on what foods need to be pressure canned, etc...but I am still not 100% on how to handle this particular recipe.

The recipe is as follows:

Red Pepper Onion Relish

6 cups tomatoes, skinned, diced and drained

6 large red peppers diced

8 cups sugar

2 tbsp salt

2 small boxes pectin

3 cups white vinegar

1 tsp ground red pepper

2 jalapenos, seeded and diced

3 large onions, diced

My questions are: will the white vinegar in this recipe be enough to raise the acidity to a safe level? If not, can I add lemon juice and use a boiling water canning method instead of having to invest in another pressure cooker?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
