Favorite dried herb when canning?

Wife and I were discussing the dried herbs (as in not fresh) we use when canning. Wife grows many different herbs but most are used in fresh eating. We figure we are kind of plain/basic with just oregano and basil and a bit of sage now and then in canning recipe. Got me to thinking what we might be missing out on?

So what dried herb is a MUST have for you when making recipes for canning? What do you use them in? Any you have learned to avoid any - like bay leaves left in the recipe?
