Shoot! Will this Tomato Sauce be safe?

Last night I prepared tomato sauce from toms that I had frozen.

I had planned on just cooking it down, no seasoning and then freezing it.

But one thing lead to another and with a package of Mrs. Wages Spaghetti Sauce Mix (for 5 pints), a couple of tablespoons of sugar and a can (16oz.) of tomato paste later, I've got 8 pints of tomato sauce canned. (Processed BWB 40 minutes)

Now I'm wondering if I made a big mistake. Since the Mix was for 5 pints and I've got 8, will this be safe? Should I empty out the jars and freeze it? Any other suggestions?
