My plants aren't growing!

I want big, pretty, productive plants like the pics y'all post on here! I got started a bit late, didn't get my plants in the ground until the second week of March. Some from seed, but some as seedlings I started a few weeks earlier. They are growing, but slowly. My bush beans have just started producing - I saw the first tiny pods yesterday. My squash and cukes have buds, but the plants are still only 6 inches high and haven't spread. The tomatoes haven't started to flower at all yet and also haven't spread much. The okra is still 4 inches tall and doesn't seem to be getting any bigger. The only thing doing well is my herbs - rosemary, parsley, and cilantro are all going gangbusters.

I have raised beds filled with a mix of topsoil and homemade compost. I have never had the soil tested and I don't know where to do that, but I would like to if someone can point me in the right direction. In the meantime should I fertilize with some miracle grow or something?
