Ginkgo biloba I.D.
Comments (6)"Are you trying to determine if it is a particular cultivar"? Since I have only small dwarf Ginkgo cultivars I am not sure if this is species or some cultivar. How to put a handle on it I am not quite sure. I am hoping someone can identify it. I know it's a long shot. Dave...See MoreGinkgo biloba dwarf varieties
Comments (32)Good AM Alley_cat! Are those pics of true-blooded *Whiches' Broom* from our fave fossil tree parent or a mutation from a seedling or grafts? How old & how tall is your *Chi Chi* she looks like a good age gal, judging from the girth of her pretty leg? Just a consumer here ~ am ok w/ non-hifalutin readings! So excuse my efforts & do enjoy the challenges or learning. But truly, Sara's predicted *A whole new obssession!* is beginning to nip at me (however won't join the *Broom Hunters Club! Have no more real-estate for yet another Hyd'ra, much less Divas that require fashionable winter-coats!!! I just returned to easy-gorgeous roses & Clems in deference to tight real-est. issue! (Not done evolving ~ as Ken Adrian asked in another thread)....See MoreGinkgo biloba 'Peve Twisted'

There's also another cultivar with quite te same habit with the name 'Robbie's Twist'. This one is from the U.S....See MoreGinkgo biloba 'Pete's dwarf'
Comments (21)Good AM Conifer collectors ~ please educate this old & very curious *giving tree Duchess of a Ginkgo* slave. How is the connection between these 2 trees I suddenly found in this thread? Have just recently been reading & asking in this forum, triggered by the cute li'l D Alberta & now inherited a friend's cute E Cypress (to care for). Suddenly the name GINKGO ~ I'm so keenly close to (emotionally). Mine is a giant of a tree & quite prolific ~ now adding the word DWARF into the equation really piqued my curiosity even more! Really curious ~ is it just as Sara eloquently puts it in the tree forum "A whole new obssession!" TIA...See Moreken_adrian Adrian MI cold Z5
