Is Rose Cherry self-fertile?

My Rose Cherry (named in honour of Don Cherry's wife) bloomed this spring for the first time since I purchased it 4 years ago. It is the only cherry tree (or shrub) I have, except for a Nanking cherry sapling I just planted this Spring.
Problem is the blossoms didn't develop into fruit.
My question is: is this cultivar self-fertile? Or is it too early yet for fruiting to take place?
Would appreciate hearing from anyone with experience with cherries in northern climates. Thanks
