Are you offering to host an event ? ......When ? Where ?

There is usually a "must-attend" GW event in nearby Oakland in March.........

I always have some plants to contribute....and LOCAL !

I have traded before not much in Garden Web.

The reason I posted this is because there's nothing going on in Orlando, Fl. There is an event at the Harry P Leu, plant swap and some other event.
I can have this in my backyard where people come in with seeds and plants to trade. Also, bring something to eat and we can share 3 hrs of good conversation and trade plants.

I'm in the Meadow Woods section in Orlando, Fl.

Oakland is about 20 mins from me. Let me know where exactly and I may go too.

I usually post one month in advance before the party, and hopefully we will be hosting this spring around the beginning of April, I will post any details in late February/early March so all the garden friends new and old can come.

I love the idea as I'm new to the forum and would love to attend any event in central Florida. Have been cleaning up my plants some of my indoor and outdoor ones due to the colder weather and Have a lot of babies for trade.

I just got a nice bunch of seeds through the Secret Santa Swap and maybe have some you would like. I can try to root some of my hybrid hibiscus for you, too.

This is a follow up. I wrote to 33 Seed companies and asked for donations. So far I have received one (1) denial, two (2) companies sent a variety of seeds and I just made a donation and they will be shipping soon. Hope to hear from the rest of them.

My dad donated a peach tree UFSun for a door prize he does his own grafting. Has a pick your own orchard in Lady Lake FL. I am all labeled, packed up, and ready to go!
