Dwarf Conifers in the Shade

Hi, IÂm new here and looking for advice. IÂm starting from scratch with our front flower beds (thanks to the previous owner) and wanted to start with a nice base of conifers but IÂm worried about the limited amount of light they will get. The beds are on the east side of the house with parts getting only dappled light but the trees shading the area are deciduous so they will get more light in the fall, winter, and early spring. Additionally, the area is open shade with direct afternoon sunlight falling only a few feet away. Here are the plants IÂm hoping to use:

Abies lasiocarpa arizonica ÂGlauca Compacta  5-6 hours with direct morning and evening light (will get more once it gets taller)

Taxus cupidata ÂNana Aurescens  5 hours of direct morning light

Tsuga canadensis ÂJeddeloh  4 hours of direct morning light

Chamaecyparis pisifera ÂWhite Pygmy  Already have planted in 4 hours of direct morning light and it seems to be doing fine.

Abie koreana ÂStarkerÂs Dwarf  4 hours of direct & dappled morning light

Tsuga canadensis ÂHussi  4 hours of direct & dappled morning light

Chamaecyparis pisifera ÂVintage Gold  4 hours of dappled morning light

Tsuga canadensis ÂFrostie  4 hours of dappled morning light

Also looking at:

Abies koreana ÂCisÂ

Abies koreana ÂSilverperleÂ

Chamaecyparis pisifera ÂTsukumoÂ

Tsuga Canadensis ÂJervis (instead of ÂHussiÂ)

Has anyone had success with these plants in a similar spot? Or is there something else you'd recommend? IÂve been able to find all of these between three local nurseries, one of which specializes in conifers, so IÂve been going off of suggestions from them but IÂd like a second opinion before I pull the trigger.
