I havn't a clue what mine is called but it only gets to be 3 to 4' tall,and is a good self seeder.It's also the pink one.It's one of those plants that thrive on neglect,at least here in S.Calif.It will however pop up in places you never even thought about though,which is ok with me as i just pull what i don't want.

Oh yes Renee it grows very well here.I kept passing this vacant lot several years ago that had a lot of this in bloom.I didn't have a clue what it was,so i stopped and pulled a couple pieces,and as they say,the rest is history.

Kathi, I think that's valerian (Jupiter's Beard). I have that growing and reseeding everywhere in my garden. It's very pretty, and it comes in white too.
