Please help me, I need your advice

I un-potted and checked my few haworthia, lithops, and split rocks tonight and found that they are bone dry, all the medium fell off except for some small amount attach to the roots. The 'sinking part' of the plants looks green but the mix is so dry. (I use perlite, small pieces of gravel, builder sand, a tiny amount of red earth as mix).

I have regularly given the plants some mist during the last few months, except those that are producing their new pair of leaves.

The plants are kept under roof, but have abundant bright morning sun light and quite well ventilated with cool, natural air. The temperature at my place is about 60 at night and 70 during the day, humidity is around 80%.

I wonder if I could water these plants or not. Please advice. Many thanks.
