Memorial Day, The Squire, Yankee Doodle, Angel FAce, Cherry Parfait, Chic, Abe Darby...don't know if all the buds will open but I still have bouquets. Princess Grace just finished a magnificent flush.

Both Honey Bouquet and Cabana look as good now as they did in June; two of the best in the garden. The bushes are totally covered in big blooms. We've had nights in the mid 30s and it hasn't slowed the blooming down at all.

All of my Austins are still blooming, as well as the Knockouts, the miniature Kristin, some of my Bucks, Yellow Submarine, and the wonderful floribundas Royal Wedding and Rainbow Sorbet. I have a number of more tender roses (hybrid teas and some floribundas) that are still putting out buds, but the buds can't take the cold and give up. This doesn't seem to be the case with the Austins - interesting.

the fairy (of course, she'll bloom until there's a hard frost), bella'roma, abe darby, betty harkness, glamis castle, mr lincoln, outrageous, carefree sunshine, mordin sunrise, rainbow knockout, truly yours - i know for sure are all still blooming...there may be more..the new malibou and jacelvet have buds but they haven't opened yet

In my garden, cramosia superior, Mrs. BR CANT, Westmoreland, Transulent, Jude the Obscure, Clotilde Soupert, Abraham Lincoln and Oaklahoma. I have 250 roses and I would say over half are still budding and blooming.

Frederic Mistral, Abbaye de Cluny, Aloha, Lavender Lassie, Crepuscule, FJ Lindheimer, Francois Rabelais, Nymphenburg, Sweet Promise, and two unknowns. Last year I had roses blooming at Thanksgiving, so I suspect it'll be the same this year.

Neptune, Peace, PJPII, And Double Delight are still blooming here in my garden. Just picked a bunch of roses to make a bouquet for inside. I really like this time of year!

Julia Child, Living Easy, Hot Cocoa, Apple Blossom Pink Flower Carpet, and Knockouts are all covered in bloom.

The majority of my 60+ roses are blooming--not heavily, but blooming. Some are forming new buds and should burst into bloom next week.

The heaviest, most continuous bloomers all summer and fall have been my Sweet Dianas (minis)--about two feet tall and looking so cheery yellow out in the landscape. Molineux just finished putting on a long and heavy display, but still has a few blooms--just doesn't want to give up. One of my Double Delights just won't stop either. The other one is more temperamental.

Quite by accident, I ended up with 3 new Home Runs this year. Haven't been that impressed til now--they are hitting their stride now and blooming like crazy. I'm really beginning to like these fellas.

Very little happening here due to a week of early cold weather. However new from the Sacramento City Cemetary sale this year is Lupe's Buttons that just keeps making buds and blooms. I'm on a personal mission to make sure more people grow this wonderful rose.

Also the roses we refer to as my husbands mystery roses, which I now suspect might be Autumn Splendor, is still putting out blooms.

One of my climbing Icebergs thinks it is high summer and is behaving accordingly.

Here in zone 5 IL: Austins always bloom til frost here. Right now graham thomas and heritage are really hitting their strides. I like that they do this because the darn japanese beetles just destroy these things from July 4th until Labor day and sometimes beyond.

Valentine, pink rosette and Confetti are still blooming. Valentine pretty much nonstop. That perfect moment looks kind of like confetti.

Since I have just recovered from 6 months of serious illness and rehab, my roses suffered greatly during my absence, well, to the point that I have one left alive and still blooming. I am so proud of this one that I may, come spring, get some more. And the winner is...the Green Rose. Yes, my baby is still alive, and doing well despite drought, as well as no care from me or friends at all. The rest can go to the landfill for all I care, this one is a keeper.

I live in zone 4b (mountains all around me) and we have been hit by several hard frosts with night temps well below freezing but I am astonished that many of my roses are still bravely pumping out buds. I am surprised that many of these are my more tender roses....Secret, Pope John Paul II, Cabana, Fragrant Plum, Aromatherapy, Betty Boop, Maria Stern, Octavia Hill and even the Austins Graham Thomas, Spirit of Freedom, Bishop's Castle, Noble Antony and Harlow Carr.
Of the hardier ones, Quietness, Champlain, and Paloma Blanca. My Sunshine (miniature) and the climbers Altissimo and Rhode Island Red are still going strong.

The last few mornings the rose garden has been dusted with frost and ice crystals but unbelievably some of the blooms still open and look quite ravishing. I was outside today in my winter jacket taking pictures of what will certainly be the very last I will see until mid-June....I sure am enjoying these "bonus" blooms!
