Just found one of my roses with RRD. What to do?

What a nightmare I have had with an order I placed with Edmunds in the spring. One rose had crown gall and now, this morning, I noticed a strange cane growing on another--bright red leaves and a very thorny cane, unlike the others. The leaves are small and crinkly. I've perused the rosette websites to view photos and this looks just like it. What do I do? I didn't think RRD occurred in the Pacific Northwest. Am I just ignorant? Could my other roses fall prey? Your input would be appreciated. CJ
