About me: Hello! I just moved to Western Washington from California ~ So I am having a lot of fun with gardening. We live way out in the forest on acreage. I have a lot of room. Gardening is so easy here, everything just GROWS! I have an English Cottage look. I have also started a collection of Bearded Iris. I have also planted a lot of Daylilies. I love purple! I also love the coffee colors too! I especially love roses. I have many. This year I have gotten some Old Garden Roses to try. I also grow all the old single heirloom hollyhocks. I thought hanging out and chatting with fellow gardeners might be fun. I have all types of roses. I love the English Style and OGR’s, but I also love Floribundas and Hybrid Teas. Yes, I even have one original Knock-Out. My love of gardening comes from my parents. My father loves roses just as much as my mom. We always had huge bouquets of Peace on our table when I was little. My parents grow all the old Hybrid Teas and I still love them too. I just love roses!
Happy Gardening~
