Question about own root Austins vs. grafted. . .

I have some Austins growing in large containers: Tamora, Sophy's Rose, and Sharifa Asma. SR and SA are both on own root from Chamblee's but the Tamora is grafted. SR and SA are doing well this second year, are on their second flush, but Tamora has not put on any new growth since the initial flush. I'm starting to wonder if the rose on which it is grafted does not like a container. All of my other roses are doing very well as I regularly fertilize and spray. Have considered ordering a Tamora from Chamblee's. Your expertise here would be appreciated. CJ
