Teasing Georgia is an excellent rose. She is in her 2nd year in my garden and has grown already quite a bit. The flowers were beautiful and fragrant - they pretty much looked just like the catalog. Very long lasting too, even in a vase. Despite the BS on Gertrude, and the two Eden Climbers I have nearby, Georgia is BS free. After the third year, I will start to prune, since I am growing her as a bush, but I can tell she wants to climb. If you don't mind really pickery thorns (she grabs you when you walk by!) I would recommend her. I haven't experience w/ the other two roses.

I do not grow any of these, but I can tell you that Graham Thomas is much taller than Golden Celebration which can be grown as a short climber, but I believe is mostly grown as an arching shrub with BIG full blooms. I seem to remember posters complaining that despite her gorgeous blooms, Golden Celebration has BS problems.

Hopefully, someone with more experience with these roses will come along and fill in details, but at least this gives you a starting point for consideration.

FWIW, I have grown Golden Celebration for many years, in very mild,
Coastal Southern California.

In Southern California, Golden Celebration makes an upright, only-
slightly-outward-arching Shrub.
Wtih no support, and no pruning, I have observed it growing quite upright
to a good 10-12 ft.

Had he bloomed more, and refrained from mildewing, Graham Thomas could
have made a lanky climber.

Other than both being yellow, these two cultivars really have little in common.

I have grown all three and they are all wonderful. Teasing Georgia definitely wants to climb here. I grow Graham Thomas as a shrub and the rebloom is excellent. The scent of Golden Celebration is the best, but it gets black spot and the rebloom is poorer than the other two which both have 2 excellent flushes and some blooms intermittently in between, whereas GC is more sporadis and less prolific. Teasing Georgia has more full petalled blooms than GT but it is very thorny. It is probably my favorite of the three, with Graham Thomas a close second.

I don't grow Teasing Georgia but I do grow the other two. Of the two, GC IMO is a much better rose. It is much healtier than the GT I grow, which now is about 80% defoliated in a no spray garden. I also prefer the scent of GC. It is much stronger.

I grow all three. I can't imagine Golden Celebration really climbing as Jeri said. Teasing Georgia I also grow as a shrub but it does seem more inclined to climb. Graham Thomas is growing over an arch. I think Golden Celebration has the prettiest flowers and best reblomm of the three. You might also consider Crown Princess Margareta. She is so beautiful and I think would climb with some support.
