Well, this is the lowest tech advice you can follow. You can find it discussed here on GW if you search "spider mites". The mites love hot, dry and dusty conditions. Your plants are water stressed, that's a given. Get out early in the mornings with a water wand and drench the plants with plain old water. The water wand permits to to flush the under sides of the leaves where you'll find the webs and most of the mites. Wash them really well and repeat this a couple of times a week at first, then you can probably taper off. You'll be cleaning off the dust, dirt, chemicals, smog and bugs with their webs as well as hydrating the plants. Leaves take in water just as they release it to the air. Bathing your roses will jump start them like you won't believe. You'll drown many of the insects and make conditions so unfavorable for many others, they'll leave. Why put any more chemicals on the plants or in your garden during this heat when what will most likely be the most beneficial and effective is good old fashioned water? You do need a water wand for best results. You need to be able to reach inside the plant and thoroughly rinse off the backs of the foliage. Kim Here is a link that might be useful:

I cut my teeth on the high maintenance, exhibition type roses of the 50's to 90's era and in the early 90's made a complete about face with going over to predominantly hybrid rugosas. Cardinal rule #1 - NO MORE SPRAYING! Although the hyb. rugosas are very iron clad, I am spreading my wings, incorporating more "showy" classes of roses, but maintaining my 'prime directive' of: no-spray (except for midge fly...a necessary evil if I want any flowers all season), continuous blooming, fragrant, and winter hardy roses. Here is my current in-bed list, most have multiple, 2-5, representatives in the rose bed, essentially an oblong island bed, a rather large one, about 3 roses deep across its narrower width. Quietness (5) Carefree Beauty (4) Marie Pavie (2) Marie Daly (3) Jacques Cartier (1) Schneekoppe* (2) *the only two surviving hy. rugosas after Henry Hudson* (1) the hybrid r. purge. Golden Unicorn (2) Innocensia (Kordes - 1) The bed has room for about 25 bushes if their spread is 2-3' each. The colors I prefer in roses are in the light range: pink, cream, white, pale orange, apricot, peach and yellow. I spend a lot of time after sunset often as late as in the early AM hours, weather permitting, praying, contemplating and relaxing outside near the rose bed. The light colored flowers stand out like beacons at night. I guess you can say I am one of the few persons who enjoys his roses in the dark almost as much as in broad daylight. The first set of pictures looks like you may be over-watering that particular plant. Cut down on the watering in that area. You should see some improvement. You may need to buy a fungicide that works at the roots of the plant from the store. The plant in the second set, I don't really know. Either insect damage or natural leaf variegation. I am leaning toward the variegation, as I don't see any brown inside the yellow spots. Possibly may be permanent damage from the termite control. I don't think it is caused by the termite control, though, as when an insecticide or whatever is used on a plant doesn't work, the plants leaves usually dry up. I don't see any drying in that picture.
