The first set of pictures looks like you may be over-watering that particular plant. Cut down on the watering in that area. You should see some improvement. You may need to buy a fungicide that works at the roots of the plant from the store.

The plant in the second set, I don't really know. Either insect damage or natural leaf variegation. I am leaning toward the variegation, as I don't see any brown inside the yellow spots. Possibly may be permanent damage from the termite control. I don't think it is caused by the termite control, though, as when an insecticide or whatever is used on a plant doesn't work, the plants leaves usually dry up. I don't see any drying in that picture.

the second one looks like a Croton so the yellow is fine,
the third does look like some type of Oak and the last looks like a Chalcus (Murraya panniculata)

No idea on the first one, but I agree, a nice croton, an oak and I wonder if the last one is a citrus.
