Comments (4)Good job with your toms. A couple of my early plants have very small fruit, while others are still putting out their first blossoms. Like your White Swan Ech. After two years of trying, I finally got one WS seedling this year so I hope to have more in the coming years. They would go nicely with Jade. I know what you mean about Wsing and room. Last year, I ripped out a whole lot of things and made room for 'new arrivals' this year. I am also WSing perennials for my neighbour, who just bought the house two doors down and is trying to create a garden for his two kids. He is a single father and works, so I'm giving him a hand. I just love to grow plants - it's the miracle of seeing that little seed grow that gives me so much joy. Aren't we lucky!!...See MoreLooking for pics with Carrara and subway tile combination
Comments (5)Sheesh, Casey - that is stunning! Do you have a master post with more pix and descriptions? Soapy, your idea sounds great too. If you go to houzz and search subway basketweave, you will see some beautiful examples....See More2 Pics or 6 Pics for Family Rm wall??
Comments (32)Thanks everyone for the feedback. I think 6 is it and I've told DH he's outnumbered:) (well..6 until I get bored and change again!) I'll play around with the pics in the hallway as I still need to decide on what I'll be using in my home office. Les917-I also thought about placing the white mirror where the 2 bright prints are now, however, I do have 2 other decorative mirrors on the wall opposite the 6 prints so could be mirror overkill in this space.(the fireplace is opposite the 6 prints-2 mirrors placed on both sides above cabinets) kgibbins-The frames are from Pottery Barn. They're called Thin Metal Profile frames-I believe now Disc. on-line, but perhaps still available in some stores. I'm thinking of getting a few more myself... The B&W prints are done by a Photographer, Allan Manus, from Montreal. I bought them at the 'One of a Kind Show'...great show for those of you living in Toronto, Vancouver, Chicago and NY areas. (It's held 2x/yr, Spring & pre-Christmas) and features works from various Artisans and Craftspeople. I love the show...so many wonderful things. I had already removed the peonies and changed the white vase below the shelves in the hallway. I now have white twigs with glass flowers...here's the latest set-up t="Photobucket"> Thanks again:) L....See MoreDiamondbrite color combination pics needed
Comments (1)Did you make a decision? Our pool construction is just getting under way and we are leaning towards the same mix. I would love to see a pic of your pool if you have one....See More- 10 years ago
