Low Pressure in One Head

Bought a house last winter, has a sprinkler system. Been working good, but noticed a spot in the lawn this summer that was getting dry. Once I looked some more, I realized that there should be a head there. So I dug and bit and found one.

Now the problem is that it is the last head in the zone, and it barely pops up and spits about a foot of water out. I changed to a new head, and the same problem. I have capped off one other head in the zone, so I doubt lack of pressure is the issue. All other heads in the zone work fine. I assume that I have a clog??

I am fairly new to all of this - my head come off the main line via a flexible hose that connects to a elbow which connects to the head. Any help would be appreciated.
