Mystery roses at the Heritage Rose Garden

I've started an album of unidentified roses at the San Jose Heritage Rose Garden, hoping for some help in getting them identified. One has already been recognized by several people. The album is here:

Guesses are good- if it's something we have, then I can do a comparison, and if we don't have it, I can look at photos online for comparison. Thanks for your help,

Thanks for starting the discussion! It's just the third one that was planted in 35. No date restrictions on the others. The orange fl. is smaller than Tropicana, and a deeper, brighter shade of orange. Yes, the poly flower is typical for it- starting dark, and growing lighter as it opens. I looked at Mme Abel, but it lacks that large button eye, and also appears to be fertile.

Is "No ID #13" a full sized rose or a miniature? If it's a mini, it looks very much like Peggy 'T'.

Could you tell us on the rest of them which are mini's and which are bigger, and maybe something about the plant habit -- how tall it gets, i.e. if it's a climber?

They are still in pots, so I can't say much about their habits. I'll try to add which are minis, HTs, etc. to the photo comments later today.
