Mantis tiller loosing torque

scaly

Another mantis tiller question. My 7 year old gas engine mantis seems to be lacking the torque it used to have. The tines still turn but with a little clogging the tines stop. It used to take a lot more clogging for the tines to stop working.

I checked the manual and it said to re-seat the engine. I did that and it didn't help.

Is there something else I can try? Does this have a clutch or something that can be adjusted or replaced? I checked the oil in the gear housing and it was OK.
