I got mine at the local Kawasaki-Polaris dealer.It's a ninety degree one for my Lawn Boy for about eleven dollars.It's short along with a short in-line gas filter.Works good on my mower where there isn't much room between the tank and the carb.

Thanks ewalk! The setup on this generator has the fuel line leaving the tank, dropping down low under something, then back up the other side to the carb. Assuming I install the shutoff next to the fuel tank, if I shut the valve with the engine running, will the engine suck the fuel from the remaining fuel line even though the line dips lower then the carb? Or will I end up with an empty carb bowl but have some fuel in the line still. I have no idea why I am making such a big deal out of this - any shutoff is better then no shutoff... Thanks

You may need to do some kind of google or yayhoo search to get some ideas. Don't limit your search to simply "solenoid valves". Use different key words and do several searches. There are also vacuum operated cut off valves (but they use straight vacuum from the intake system, not pulsed vacuum from the crankcase). There was a thread some time ago where a member had a link to just the type valve you want, but danged if I can remember when. Good luck.
