no-till gardening

I use a no-till method in my garden that produces amazing results. This includes starting up the garden by using proper amendments like compost etc. Then I simply plant and mulch when needed. I have done our vegetable garden this way since 1995 and have not tilled or pulled many weeds. After you amend the first time the mulch supplies the organics to fertilize your garden, and you shouldn't have to amend again. We have some great harvests like this. Streambank Gardens has a write up about a gardening technique very similar to the way I garden, you can view that on their website: http://streambankgardens.com, it is a great write up. Surfing the web I have found some people grow like this, do you?
