Help. Ducher has blown over. Any suggestions?

My six year old Ducher has blown over because of the strong north winds that we had over the weekend. It is about 5.5'-6' tall and is leaning at about a 45 degree angle. This happened once before after Hurricane Ike (the winds this weekend were strong, but they were not THAT strong). After Ike, I cut out a few canes entirely and cut the height back by about half, and just put Ducher back upright. Ducher is now starting the spring flush and I don't really want to do any drastic cut backs right now. Should I just stake and tie the bush? or is there some other solution that would work better in the long term?
