interduction is introduction! One suggestion if you are sincere is to give specific information for your area. There is much generic advice covering the U.S. but little specific for any given area. When I started my website years ago I tried to give advice for zone 5a growers as thee was little available elsewhere. Since then many books have been written and thanks to sites like the Rose Forum much more cold climate rose growing advice is available. Join a local rose society to get as much local information you can. Grow lots of different varieties to improve your knowledge and test/try various methods so your readers beneft from your mistakes. Don't copy others. Make it personal. A simple Google search can get most of the information people need so having well rounded local information in one spot would help. Visit rose gardens across the state and country for hands on experience. Put some authority behind your site. By joining the American Rose Society and becoming a Consulting/Master Rosarian you let people know you know what you're talking about. Check out my site. Red Scentsation has a very nice scent, but not as strong as Overnight Scentsation. It is however in my opinion the healthiest of the whole Scentsation series. Rosa wichuraiana came to be called the Memorial Rose for its use in cemetery plantings. I have a Wichuraiana Hybrid, "Gardenia", and it is HUGE (10m tall). Starving it simply made it flower less, and I decided I'd rather have flowers than a compact plant. Hybrid Wichuraiana's flower once a year, on last year's canes, and if pruning is desired it should be done right after flowering so that next year's flowers have canes to flower on!
