Name That Plant!

Please help to identify

Hi, could you help me out please, this plant is growing in the garden of my new house. It looked like this on sale pictures, however now all is left from it is bare stems that are soft and juicy and look like sausages. No leaves or flowers. But it is currently winter. So I need to find out what this is, and whether its dying or simply out of season! Thank you for your help in advance!

I think it might be what aussies call a Frangipani (Plumeria species)

Would agree with that They are winter dormant though there is an evergreen type but leaves are very different .
Very nice specimen but you have to put up with "sausages" for a time .lol gary
