Need Help with inherited orchids (Pic Heavy)

I was recently given a bunch of orchids by a dear friend. There are 2 moth orchids, 1 small dendrobium, and 4 with the thick flat oval bulbs (3 "White Fairy" and 1 "Volcano Queen").

I don't know where to start or what to read first.

Right now the plants are living in my light tank (4' T5 warm and cool light mix).

The small Dendrobium has a bunch of air roots and I think they are what you call kekki? If they are, do I need to repot them now or wait. What sort of potting mix? Can I trim roots?

One of the moth orchids is growing horizontally out of the pot and has a lot of air roots. Again, the same questions.

The other plants have notes on the pots that they were re- potted about 4 years ago. The new growth is out of the growing mix and have a lot of small roots with green tips.

Should I separate and re-pot or just re-pot entire plant?

Any and all answers or pointers would be helpful, My growing expertise for indoor plants is African Violets. I would hate to kill these plants.
