Hey, I'm brazilian and since portuguese is really similar to spanish I can understand pretty much eveything. There are some changes I'd make.. any native spanish speaker please correct me. I'd remove the "en la" before germinación.. en la means AT, so it's like "sow seeds 1/4" deep, at germination.." The correct would be: "Siembre las semillas 1/4" de profundidad, germinación en 7 a 10 días" In "las plántulas de trasplante un metro de separación, apoyar cuando sea necesario.", transplante should be a verb (transplant), but in this consctruction it's not.. "transplante las plántulas con um metro se separación" makes more sense to me. "Aproximadamente el 65-80 días a la madurez." no need to use the "el".. just "Aproximadamente 65-80 días a la madurez." And finally "Por favor, guarde semillas de sólo los más saludables y las plantas más fructíferas. " to "por favor, guarde semillas sólo de lás plantas más saludables e fructíferas." So just in case you ever need to use it again, it's: Siembre las semillas 0,5cm de profundidad, germinación en 7 a 10 días, transplante las plántulas con um metro de separación, apoyar cuando sea necesario. Colocar pajote debajo de las plantas, y dar agua cuando sea necesario. Aproximadamente 65-80 días a la madurez. Por favor, guarde semillas sólo de lás plantas más saludables e fructíferas.

"Pennsylvania Dutch" was heavily contaminated with English I would see the first term as a "couple of brakes": A toothed instrument used for crushing flax and hemp. (search for "flax brake" to see what I mean) The other is a "pair of stockings": I don't have a problem with the tool shed having a pair of heavy leather or woollen stockings or leggings used as shin guards and clothing protectors by the gardeners.

I wouldn't go with a plain fabric but something such as what Jodie White posted on the right - something with some texture or as kelleg69 suggested, a geometric pattern that is a tone on tone. You also really need to think long and hard about how you feel about colour. If you do like colour you could try a yellow/grey pattern or an aqua/grey or cherry red/grey (ok that might be a little out there). Do you have some ideas as to what colours you will have as an accent in towels, mats, etc.
