Is the mold on the surface of the soil, or is it actually on the plants themselves? I've had mold appear in a few containers before but it never actually hurt the seedlings and it didn't spread to other pots or flats. As soon as the weather warmed enough to put them in the greenhouse the condition cleared. I haven't ever had to treat mold so I can't comment on how well peroxide/No-Damp might work. I wonder if your growing medium was contaminated with mold spores before you sowed/transplanted your seedlings. I've had weed seedlings, ferns, and mosses appear on the surface of pots, despite the product stating that it is sterilized. In that case the problem will probably continue regardless of what you do since the entire medium may be full of spores. Cultivating the soil will simply bring new spores to the surface. If your seedlings are strong enough to be transplanted (I know it's a lot of work to do it yet again), you could heat sterilize your potting mix in either the microwave or oven, let it cool, wash your seedlings off with the peroxide solution, and pot them up in the hopefully mold free mix. If you think they wouldn't withstand the stress, you might try putting a 1/2" thick layer of pea gravel on top of the soil over the mold in hopes that it would prevent the spores from splashing up on the undersurface of the plant leaves and infecting them. Also, it might be a good idea to water by setting the plants in a tray of water and letting them uptake from underneath as opposed to watering them from above. Basic problem ..unless the doc sees the heart behaving badly they deny the problem. All this time we never could catch it Last doc said bluntly if we dont see it didnt happen. You must to er Well recent at 230 am it woke me up, just as you have described. I went directly to the er They caught the serious thing! Arrithemia and more then two days in icu. Now meds have slowed my heart from 70 to 52 while docs decide what to do. Last night I realized I was having an adreilin rush. The same rush I went to a neurologist for help. Over a year and half. It woke me up heart pounding.sweat .out of breath!!! Happened several times . then checked average heart rate on my Garmin. 48. Average 48 so i was probably lower. Maybe 45! The benefit of the peninsula is to be able to prep without having my back to whoever may be sitting at the breakfast bar or in dining room but the U-shape is certainly more open and has better flow. I would LOVE to flip the frige drawers and sink but that stupid bit of wall that sticks out can't be removed and it's 10" deep on the side next to the window. So, the drawers would stick out 10". I thought about making the counters deeper there, but I'm too short to reach the end wall cabinets if I do that. What if I put the refrigerator drawers next to the sink (where that shallow cabinet is) and pull the whole run out to be even with the bump out. That would also bring the breakfast bar a bit more into the kitchen. I agree that the baking counter is FAR from the ovens, but I use that low counter for so many things when I cook, mostly any kind of mixing or stirring so I need it closer to where the action is. I like the idea of a landing place between the fridge and ovens. Here's the plans with the changes.

A few things jump out to this layperson: Your butlers pantry is off your toilet area. ? I'd drop the tiny double doors into the master and the bath and replace them with a single, solid core door. Those little double doors are a nuisance. I'd also suggest staightening out the double vanities in the master bath. At that angle you are going to be on top of each other. Why not straighten it and make the closet less angled? Your bathroom would feel larger, too. I'd make those two little closests off the laundry room one big, double closet. By my count you have only two single closests for coats. That is not much. What about double windows instead of single windows off the study and the dining room? That isn't much light.
