Honey Berries - yellow leaves - no fruit

REM123

I have 3 honey berries planted 5 years ago in slightly alkaline soil, south facing, with dappled shade in a very sheltered garden. They are at the base of a lime-stone wall. They have yellow leaves, and have never flowered or fruited. I apply leaf-mould and pelleted chicken manure each year. They are adjacent to happy asparagus, raspberries, jasmine, grape vine, peonies & roses which I rarely have to water.
Any tips - wrong location, pH, food, water, light, space?
If I manage to get conditions right for flowers, would a ornamental honeysuckle be OK as a pollinator or will I need to invest in another variety?
