Spacing for apple trees on interstem rootstocks.

I'm looking for information on the recommended spacing for apple trees on Bud 9 Bud 118 rootstocks. I was thinking 10 feet but it seems a little too far. Would 8 feet be enough? What about 6 feet? I just bought a log home with almost 9 acres of gently sloping (south facing) mountain side in WV zone 6b/7a. almost 2 acres are lawn and I DON'T want to mow all of that. I want to plant an acre of fruit trees and bushes to help cut down on some of the mowing and to raise a lot more of what my family eats. I know the spacing requirements for every variety of fruit but the interstem apple rootstocks. Does anyone know of a site that would have that information on it? Thanks in advance.
