Can't believe my cherries are so bad!!

I've got an outdoor sweet cherry orchard that I've spent a lot of money developing. About twenty varieties and eight rootstocks. Started planting in 2004. The last two years I've lost 99% or more to freezes. But did manage to mature about 100 fruit this year. Half have rotted despite little rain and the other half are barely worth eating. Small, not crisp or sweet. Really can't understand why they are so wretched.

The ones I've had in the greenhouse have been much bigger and of exceptional quality, 20-24 brix this year.

Guess I'll get the chain saw out tomorrow.
