Transplanting China Doll and others from basket

I received a lovely plant basket in April following my dad's recent passing. The basket is by a window that faces east, and the plants have been very happy there so far in bright indirect light.

The plants are larger now than they were when this picture was taken in April...

.... and I'd like to transplant them into their own pots this week before their roots are impossible to untangle.

I know that the plant in the upper right is China Doll, and the one in the lower right is Polka Dot Plant. The plant in the upper left appears to be a palm. I have yet to ID the one in the lower left... does anyone know?

I intend to grow all these plants inside as house plants. Most of the comments I read so far in this forum say that China Doll is difficult... one site said it does not like to be transplanted and may lose all of its leaves as a result.

It would break my heart to lose any of these plants, and I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks,

Jen
