additional fruits for my retirement orchard?

I hope to retire in 3-5 years. working now to have a nice variety of fruit trees and berries in addition to the garden.

I have 35 acres of well drained land in central MN.

Last year did 50 apple tress of various varieties. Also a few plum trees.

This year adding 30 cherry trees (mostly Van with some Montmorency), 10 more apple, and a few more plum. also doubled the raspberry patch. (raspberries have to be the easiest thing to grow thats not a weed!)

been looking at apricot, some more plum, maybe some pear or peach if I can find varieties that really will survive a MN winter. will do some blueberry next year, creating acid soil area this year for next year planting.

anyone got suggestions on varieties or maybe some type of tree(s) I haven't considered to date.

as always thx for help. This is a terrific forum!
