Blossom End Rot - HELP!

As if aphids, leaf miners and caterpillars weren't annoying my tomato plants enough, the tomatoes on said plants are developing BER. I did some research and I know that BER is a result of low calcium in the soil, but my question is: is there anything I can do now to save my plants?! I am growing 2 Big Boy plants in an Earth Box and I put the entire package of lime (that came with the kit) into the soil as directed. These are my only 2 tomato plants, and I'll be so bummed if they are doomed!! Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
