Comments (4)On my screen is a Your Houzz button on the upper right hand site. Click on it. then click on : edit profile now, on the left side of my screen I have the option to click on advanced settings. Click there. Mark everything how you want... If you don't want notifications you can click at the bottom of any thread you've commented on to stop notifications for that thread only. I used to do that all the time, so I don't think that is the problem....See MoreAnyone else getting false notifications of new messages?
Comments (8)Surely I'm not the only one????? That feels a bit like persecution, lol. It happened AGAIN today. I had an alert for two new messages. I went through both the old and new inboxes, and the TWO OLDEST messages were showing as new. These weren't even messages I had received, but two that I had SENT...in 2016! This seems to be a glitch in the new mailbox, since it's there they keep reappearing as new. I'm not even going to bother with reporting the issue at this point, as it's basically an exercise in futility.
