Love your house! Your roof, brick, and flagstone are all warm colors, and the roof and the flagstone have some intensity of color. They need a color with some weight to it, just enough to stand up to them LOL, not enough to challenge them. Look at some samples in a deeper sage color or a silvery/bronzy/greeny color. If it will go with your flagstone, it will go with the house. Have fun!

With that color of brick, any light shade of white or cream, along with darker shades like black, hunter green, or several shades of gray would look great with that brick color. What color is your roof? That's the other color you need to think about when choosing paint colors for your house. You do not want your trim clashing with it. We are remodeling our lake cottage in New Hampshire. For the siding we are planning on Allura (https://allurausa.com/blog/color-spotlight-plunge-pool) cement board 5” exposure textured clapboard in Plunge Pool color (green grey). The sofits and gables are/will be painted brown and the window exterior casings are a bronze/brown color. We were thinking of making the corner boards and window/door trim the same plunge pool color, but our GC is questioning this choice. He thinks we should go with a brown. We will have a brown walnut garage door and will be staining the front wood door to match garage or keep it natural like the fir posts and beams on porches. There will be natural color shakes over garage door. For the front deck railing we are planning to have natural fir hand rail with dark balusters. We are trying to keep away from any white or beige. What is your opinion? Would it look okay to have the front of the house with all the windows the plunge pool and the rest of the house brown? I am including some current photos of the house.

I don’t think there is any green siding. I think it is a tan or taupe color. After the rain I will get a another pic of the siding up close. I totally agree about the front porch. My sister gave me the bench before she passed so it is like gum on my shoe but maybe I could up-cycle it into something small and lighter in color. I have thought the same thing about a rug as well.
