Fuze stone

Neal, the owner, is a great salesman, but once he has sold you on the job he is done. He never comes back out to inspect the work. When things started going wrong, I asked him twice to come out and he wouldn't. They didn't use a wet saw to cut tiles, so they are jagged. They scratched my hardwood floors. They didn't valve off the kitchen sink properly so I woke up to a wet floor. Painted over hinges. Used the wrong kind of paint. Missing grout and molding in places. Built me a pantry, and the doors are uneven, the inside of the door had circular cutouts for hidden hinges, and the mitered joins had huge gaps. Spliced crown molding in the middle and it was uneven.The list goes on and on. Everyday, I find something else that they have done wrong. I hired them under the name Bella Casa Remodeling. I wish I had known about the Fuze Stone name, because I never would have hired them after seeing the reviews under that name!!

USE SOMEONE ELSE. They started strong and didn't finish. I'm left with an unfinished house and about $700 worth of materials that I paid for which were not delivered. They dripped paint everywhere, all over the new floors and carpets and left a huge mess in my yard (huge paint puddles and broken glass/nails). I hired them because they were cheap, that's my mistake, pay a little more and get the job done RIGHT! I will be suing them for the materials they stole from me, what a headache, use someone else.

In addition to all of the cosmetic defects I mentioned in my first review I am now posting an update based on new findings. My custom shower has been leaking from the pan under the wall and carpet into my bedroom, and to correct the issue it must be rebuilt! This includes removing the frameless shower glass I paid $1400.00 to have installed already, taking up tile and concrete, fixing the issue and having to redo the pan, tiling, and frameless glass a second time! I have contacted Neal at Fuze Stone multiple times via email, text, and voicemail and he will not return my calls. I now have to hire a completely new contractor to redo the bad shower which will costs in the thousands per estimates I have received. I have a written warranty covering plumbing issues for 6 months that Neal is ignoring. My remodel was done 3 months ago and the shower is already leaking under the floor and into my bedroom. There is some very worrysome water damage to my home that I will also have to address once we get everything up. I do not recommend this company at all based on the horrible and costly mistakes they have made in my home that they will not address or correct.
