This beautiful home was designed for a family of four who wanted to redesign it to create an updated, personalized, and functional space, wonderfully reflecting the unique personalities of the family members. We incorporated many of their existing furniture into the decor while also adding new pieces to brighten up the home. The kids' bedrooms got a youthful facelift with fun colors, tassels, and corkboard walls. We added a unique platform bed for one daughter, and a stylish custom day-bed for the other. The guest suite was designed to have a "California casual" appeal by layering earth tones, textural elements, and coastal artwork, and the primary bedroom was designed as a peaceful sanctuary with a beautiful custom bed, a statement chain link chandelier, and stylish black-out curtains.

Project designed by Sara Barney’s Austin interior design studio BANDD DESIGN. They serve the entire Austin area and its surrounding towns, with an emphasis on Round Rock, Lake Travis, West Lake Hills, and Tarrytown.
