Kitchen & Bath Remodelers
Primary Bathroom Condo Renovation
This condo was built circa 2002. On this phase of the project we renovated a much overdue primary bathroom, that desperately needed new life and personality. The space had enormous potential, but beige and brass was all that it was.
The Bull River and surrounding marshes provide a backdrop for all of the public spaces and the couple's bedroom. Those natural elements informed color selections, premium surfaces, and art installation.
At first glimpse, it seemed like any ordinary bathroom renovation, however, the challenge was that the condo is built on a slab and we were not allowed to move any existing plumbing locations on the floor, but that was no enough for us and the clients, so how did we do it? We raised the floor!
That way we could provide the clients exactly what they wanted for the bathroom of their dreams.
All the tile was sourced from Garden State Tile, installed by Cornermen Custom Tile, the twin set of vanities were from Jamestown Design Kitchens. All the plumbing fixtures from Sandpiper Plumbing Supplies, and the Cambria counter tops reflect the current owners' personality, with those sweeping veins inspired by the rivers and marshes right outside their bedroom window.
