This historic home had its front steps severely damaged from roots and settlement over the decades, along with much needed maintenance.
We replaced the existing steps with new ones and added slate tile to match the existing landing area that was not damaged.
The historic iron railings were removed during the renovation, repainted and reinstalled in the end.
