From our first time viewing this project, to the final details being complete, our clients and I were on the same page. They knew some basic things they wanted to achieve with the space, and I instantly saw the vision of what the space could be. It was a foreclosed condo that had sat empty for 2 years on the fifth floor of the LaCaille building in downwtown Calgary. The opportunity to breath life back into this forgotten space and bring it up to a modern layout and design was just too much to pass up.

The space was opened up, reimagined and fully redesigned by myself and Urban Abode. Our PM for the project Rob Chard, handled site preparation, coordination with building management, and interfaced with all trades.

Projects like this come with many challenges - ones that aren't immediately apparent, but when the design is as important as the non-negotiable infrastructure of the building, solutions can be found that don't sacrifice the final look. We are so proud to have been a part of this project, and our wonderful clients lives as we worked towards this impressive makeover.
