Brad and Deanne decide on Urban Abode after being referred on by friends. They were an absolute pleasure to work with, and together we were able to design a beautiful open plan basement featuring a stunning wet bar, impressive media space, home gym, bedroom and bathroom complete with steam shower. As with any project, there were challenges, trials and triumphs. We stood by the quality of our work, communicated with the customers, and made sure to work hard to address any concerns they had. This is the reality of home renovations - surprises and delays can occur - but when contractor and home owner work together, that's when the project becomes more than just complete, it's a success.
