One of the coolest things about this condominium renovation is that you can be forgiven if you think it must be a new building. It's not. In fact, the building, Prince's Crossing, is one of the older high rises in Eau Claire. The existing space was chopped up, partitioned off and felt small and closed in. Fortunately, we were on the same page about removing every wall possible and together, Steve, Svetlana and myself all worked together to collaborate on a new modern vision for the space.

We designed and began the project while are customers were still living on the eastern coast of Canada. I couldn't be much happier with the design. It allowed us to showcase a more modern side of the contemporary that we are known for, as well, it has became one of our most stunning transformations.
