Comments (7)North Carolina....and you are even mentioning "cold"???? Bwahahaha!!!!! I have a pot of split pea soup on the stove....seems I have a yen for soup of late! Been eating fruit and nut breads, made with half measure of WW flour a bit of cinnamon and honey for sweet. Mixtures like raisin walnut, craisin hazelnut, almond dried cherry and dried apricotw with about anything... All with a whiff of Penzey's Vietnamese cassia... And cheese....for one who lives alone...I sure have a lot of cheese in the refrig...I best be eating it faster! Comments (14)I ended up ordering the cookbook from Amazon. It should be here Wednesday. I'm doing St Louis style ribs in there in a couple hours. I'll try to adjust the time though. The problem with just cutting recipes in half, is the wattage is less as well, so you have to increase the time it takes to cook something. I'll join the two FB groups. Hopefully they have enough for me to use at least until I can play with it to make my own recipes. Joyful, I can set up the Instantpot with all the ingredients and it'll be ready for me when I wake up. I thought about that last night, but ended up forgetting and just went to bed. :) I have about 3 more servings in the fridge. It's easy to reheat in the microwave....See More- last month
