My posts are disappearing

I posted twice today about dog doo-doo on the carpet, and both posts are not showing (one showed briefly and then poof! gone). What is going on?

What version of MSE ? search 'manually uninstall security essentials. You need to try to remove it as properly as possible it if you install another anti-virus brand for sure. Think I would just remove MSE then reinstall it. BUT... it sounds like you both have some identical problem with it not showing up in both add/remove's. Often times a virus will disable your anti-virus program, SCan Scan SCAN!!!! or it maybe is another program you have installed conflicts. Have you looked around in Event Viewer .. it may tell you the problem.

if "doo-doo" warrants a thread/post being denied, why is it showing up here without a problem?

@porkchop do you have a cleaning question or were you just venting about doo-doo in general? maybe we can help you out here or just even commiserate with our own doo-doo shenanigans.

Someone else's post showed up days after she created it. I think it's probably just a houzzzz glitch.

I wanted to know how to get dog poop stain out of the carpet. It an indoor-outdoor carpet. Stain & odor remover stuff got the smell out, but the Woolite carpet cleaner in the can failed to get the stain out. What else should I try?

i've used this formula numerous times and it has always worked for me on numerous stains, everything from doo-doo to wine, blood, etc...

1 tsp. Dawn dishwashing detergent
3-4 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide
2 tablespoons of baking soda

i use a stiff nylong brush with short bristles to work it in well. there's no rinsing involved, just blot the spot when you finish using it. as always, you should try a small corner just to make sure it doesn't mess up the color of the carpet. i've never found a problem in that respect. hope it works as well for you as it always has for me!

Natures Miracle enzyme stain remover for pets works better for stains than anything else I have found. I have a dog with a bad tummy so have had my share of yellow bile clean ups. I haven't used it on back end stains though. I am using oblique words in the hopes the filter isn't offended. 😆🙄

And yes, the filter is catching posts from me too. It tamps down my desire to try posting here. A few times I figured out the offending word, a few times I have given up.
