Hi, I'm a pro flooing installer. I would say an inch difference in the width of the boards shouldn't affect labor costs at all. You just have to establish the pattern of size changes with your installer so it comes out evenly spread. I'd say 1 row of 3.25 for every 2 rows of 2.25 should about even you out. But the width of the plank has nothing to do with difficulty or complexity, a 2.25 inch board installs the same way a 5 inch board does, it just takes a hair longer to do.

Oh wow - that's actually a great idea! Some names I've never forgotten but there are more that I have. I'll have to make sure the dvr is set to record. It automatically does the regular Survivor series so hopefully this is set too. But thanks for the heads up!

If Lindsay was in the final three, I think she would've--and should've--won. I think there was something about Jonathan that the others didn't like. Maybe his brand of Christianity is one where the man is the head of the household and that came off in his interactions with the women. I haven't done any outside reading so I don't know if he's evangelical or Southern Baptist or something else. I remember in the first or second episode when Omar was setting up his prayer rug and he offered to answer any questions they may have about Islam and Jonathan immediately chimed in with "And I'll answer your questions about Christianity." I thought that was dismissive of Omar and a bit arrogant. Omar only offered because his religion isn't as well known as Christianity. He wasn't trying to convert anyone.

That's CRAZY! I picked him out in the bios because he's from MI which (will always have my heart) and the little bit he's been shown he stood out because he's' so thoroughly midwestern. But that scene - what a shame it didn't make the show. Hope he can make the merge but seems unlikely.
